It means that the console booting procedure/the game tried to execute a command or a series of commands that aren't implemented or implemented poorly by the emulator.

Do take note that Dolphin is still highly experimental and has many missing features. If you are speaking speaking of Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, the game might not even be supported, or if it had support at some point, the game's been broken in subsequent SVN releases.
