ALL Zelda OOT Games Crash Or Have Screen Delay

I got to thinking, how come ALL versions of ZELDA, including MASTERQUEST have the same problems, Subscreen Delay, and Ending Crashes.....?

I have come to several Possible conclusions.

1. It is a rom dumping error, and all the roms were dumped with the same Dumper. (was it the same guy who dumped all the Zelda games?)

2. It is actually an Emulation problem due to Zelda's Unusual Code and no emulator seems to be able to handle the issues. (I find this a little unlikely)

3. Its none of the above.

If the cause of problems were ever figured out, would it be possible to create a patch if the problem was #1?

Also, If it is a dumping error with the dumper, perhaps, if I dumped it with my Gameshark (yes, the ones with the parallel port can do this) instead of the Doctor V64 which they were dumped with, The outcome may be different.
(but that still wouldnt explain Masterquest, that came off a GC disc and couldnt have been ripped with Doctor V64 could it?)
