IPU [Image Processing Unit] development continues, this time around effecting quality of output, whilst there are still GS issues, most (if not all videos) are no longer suffering from block errors. Two screenshots taken alittle earlier demonstrate this.

Hopefully once CDVD issues have been fixed and a few format fixes are added, we can enjoy more videos running
