And you're right, JUE is the combination of Japan-USA-Europe versions, "meaning that the cartridge should work on any machine in the world".

There's a summary of all rom codes included with every version of GoodTools.

(JUE) has now been replaced by (W) in newer GoodTools, so expect to see more of this code.
