AlphaWolf said:Right, but what I was refering to specificaly are those who believe the bible to be either entirely true or mostly true. I mean I can recall events from the bible in much finer detail than most religious types that I have come across, and they have the audacity to tell me that they know it to be real![]()
euphoria said:Well this is interesting, this morning, me taking my morning sh*te and reading the newspaper came across a journal about an american methodist church and its relationship with the iraqian situtation. There was an interview of a guy who said that evolution theory should be replaced by the creation story(? you know what i mean) because evolution theory is *just* a theory!
Have to agree with you about that religion is one of the main cases for many wars as well as LAND,but you should differ being religious fanatic and just religious.
PS. Most of the wars going on now and in the past have been direct on indirect cause of religion. Being fanatic about anything is bad.

AlphaWolf said:Heh that is funny. Evolution is based on logical reason. Creationism is based on .... I actualy don't know, but it sure isn't reason.
gokuss4 said:you know in genesis it talks about God creating the heavens and the Earth. I don't think God created the Earth. I think he just started it all. For all i know God could be part of a super super advanced race in another universe. I'm A Christian and sometimes i like to bring religion and science together.
ou know how the universe started, as a big bang with all the matter in one pressurized area smaller than an atom, than the pressure got so great it collapsed and exploded in a big BANG.
but what we dont know is how it all started there. who knows, God could of started all that matter in one place and he intended everything to go as planned and it did. the universe went boom and all matter spread and galaxies, solar systems, and stars, and planets started to appear. I don't think he created, I think he started the whole damn process!
