I added a slight touch of sarcasm, but you really can't "play them". You can boot them, if that's what you mean. A lot of things won't work without pixel shader support, the raw gpu power is pretty slow, and chances are the comp it came with isn't too much to be proud of.

it's actually because of your CPU. it isn't that graphics intensive.

Use the Dynarec. That "may" make Bust A Move playable for you.

That's because 1.02 emulates more features of the actual NGC than the Teaser does. So, you get better compatability, at the loss of some speed.

And yes, dynarec will make SSBM a little faster, but I don't think it'll be at playable speeds.

Ah new graphics gards are not too expenisve. I thinked same as you and I bought new card
