Hey all. I am currently making a video game, with a program called 3D Game Studio. Right now, I'm just doing the simple point and click kind of game, until I'm familiar with C and the program. Until then, I need some help finding something. I need a site that has some 3D models I could use in games. IE. Weapons, characters, etc. Help would be much appreciated.

I assume you can use 3D Studio Max models as models, if so, have a look at these two sites:
http://www.3dcafe.com (look under free stuff/models)
and
http://www.the3dstudio.com
Both has a quite good selection of models, but if you have any better be sure to add them to the list
