A Bit of Help transferring a PC to a new case please

I bought a new case, because i needed more room. The Majority of the work, is done, meaning, the computer runs. There are still a few tiny bugs to work out though, namely the following:

1) My floppy drive is recognized, but the light is always green and it won't read a disc.

2) My CD-RW is recognized, but wont eject, or read.

3) Random LED lights, namely the CPU Working light, not working

4) This case added in a front headphone jack and mic in jack, i have no clue how to hook them up to my Sound Blaster LIVE! 5.1 card.

I am pretty sure, that the CD-RW is not working, because it was originally set to master, and i have it set to slave now. Which may also be causing the floppy error.

These will most likely be fixed tomorrow.

The LEDs and the Headphone jack however, are beyond me, because I didn't pay close enough attention when i pulled the LED thing apparently, and the audio out is not clearly labeled on my sound card.

1- Probably the floppy disk drive interface cable is inserted in the wrong
way around- turn the floppy disk drive cable around on one end and reconnect the floppy disk drive interface cable.

2- Probably the jumper is not set to slave mode- the jumper setting you
have is probably for master. You probably have the wrong jumper setting on the CD drive.

3- Unknown and strange.

4- Unknown, because I never connected anything to front case connectors before.

1. The manual for the mainboard should state clearly how to connect the LED cables. If you're missing the manual you might find it online, what mainboard do you have?

2. How does the cables (or otherwise) from these two jacks look? Perhaps they are ment for use with an integrated soundchip like AC'97. Doesn't the tower (case) manual say anything?

THere were no case intructions, only a small slip of paper telling me what tiny cbales were what, and I'll be dammend if theres a motherboard manual, the PC came out of a VPR Matrix, which gave ,e the windows install discs and little else.

My mobo has an integrated card and I just hooked up the headphone jack and everything from what the wires were labeled as and what the mobo schematics said. *shrug*

I am happy to report that i have successfully installed the front USB, the Floppy is now working, the CD-RW is fixed, the only things I haven't done, are figured out the HDD Read LED, which is trivial, and the headphone jack. which i would never use anyways, so i now have a fully functioning PC, in a 30 dollar kick ass case, which I will post a pic of the pc lit up in a bit. Thanks to all for your help!

I have a smiliar case to yours so i have some solutions for you.
3. You may have plugged the wrong wires for the HD and power into the motherboard; double check the wiring.
4. Forget about these plugs, unless you want to have wires coming from the back into your case to the wiring for the front jacks
