1964 video problem??

hi there, i seem to have a big problem here.
when i paly a game,everything is white!and grafics are white,and some games run slow and other fast...what's this?
and if i use pj64's plugin i can se the grafics fairly well, but the games run ery slow....any help?thanx

oh yeah and i don't think it's a grafics card problem, cause in prject64 it runs fine...
