Is there a NeoGeo emulator that should work on XP? I think NeoRage is suppost to, but it crashes on launch for me, any ideas?

I found a fix!!! Enter LINEAR as a name at the bike options screen, it's suppost to let you see a frame layout of each course, what does that mean you ask, I don't know! BUT, I do know if messes with the sky and makes it see through (instead of blocking your view). It's not a perfect fix...
