I've got revision 1557 up, revision 1558 is just a small fix so I didn't bother with it as I was already in the process of uploading revision 1557. As usual it can be downloaded from here or you can just use the link in my sig as reference to obtain the latest builds. :)

I'm having real troubles with the latest builds, I get an error message when I try to load a savestate:

Error trying to compile at 0. LR=0000000

Anyone know what the problem could be?

The disc swapping feature needs to be enabled in Dolphin . Just cant get past disc 1 into disc 2 in Resident evil 0 and loading the latest save doesnt help either in getting past .

Hello Extreme2damax, nice emu.
But there are one thing that disturb me. Every one you have done after 1230 has the telescope error. Even in the NTSC version. Earlier it was only the PAL version that had it, now it is the NTSC to. 1230 did not have the error. But everyone after that.
Im talking about Zelda Wind Waker.
Please look in to that.

@Stickan

Xtreme2damax just provides up-to-date builds of the emulator. If you want to see an issue resolved, report it here. (Make sure it hasn't already been reported first. If it has, you can contribute any extra information to that issue # that you feel has been left out.)

I'm sure that clears it up for him. What Toasty meant to say was that Xtreme is not a coder and did not make the emulator, he only has a page setup so you can download it.

Indeed, although I do try to study the source code and maybe tinker with it while breaking something 100% of the time.. :p

Hopefully once I can tackle the hurdle of learning how to code I'll probably contribute fixes to various emulation projects, but that likely won't be for a while.

For now I only provide updated pre-compiled builds and offer support for anything emulation or gaming related. :)

Hi people, am i the only one who matches this error in the revision 1640?

The error is:

PANIC!
WriteShift - can't shift imms
[YES] [NO]

I've tried both but the emu crashes and it exits.. what must i do?

Try another version, this error is because of something wrong in the emulator code, there anything you can do.

Cool, the newest revision has lots of videoglitch fixes. This emulator is really starting to become professional.

Alright, you don't have to keep informing everyone the next time you upload another SVN version. X_X

What, do you have a problem or something? There's nothing wrong with informing others when an updated build is added, not everyone checks back everyday to see if a new build is added so a notification helps to inform them when a new build is added. I am also not compiling builds as often now and it isn't an everyday thing anymore so a notification helps in that aspect.

I'm sorry that you see such a problem with me informing everyone of new builds, if you don't like it you can either avoid this thread entirely or place my posts on your ignore list.

I'm sure if there was a problem with it, the staff would of asked me to stop posting notifications by now and the other members would be complaining as well.

I suppose you would have a major problem with the SVN discussion thread at Ngemu, where not only one member is announcing when they've added an updated build, but several members.

Well how about an actual discussion of the SVN itself:

When compiling Dolphin for the first time, the User\ and Sys\ folders are not created, nor are the four DLLs created in Dolphin's root.

These do in fact need to be created in order for Dolphin to work correctly.

So what I had to do was copy these folders and those four DLLs from another person's build (which happened to be from Xtemu, since yours was the latest at the time).

This should be corrected.

The dll's and folders should be included in the source code when it is downloaded from the repository, at least it was when I downloaded the code from the repository.

The folders/dll's are in the root of the "Binary" directory and the folders should be in the root of the "Binary" directory as well. The only thing compiling does is compile the code for the plugins and dolphinwx.exe.
