Zelda Windwaker problem

I have a problem with the Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker iso...with Dolphin 1.03 Beta 2...when its starts a message appeard saying that the Memory Card in Slot A is corrupted then I can't passed the other 2 messages asking the same thing. How can i solve this problem? Thanks
