Zelda OoT Long load to the Menu

Why does it take long to load up the menu in Zelda Ocarina of Time?
Is there a way to fix this? If it's some sort of plugin problem please fix it.
My comp isn't a slow one.

Spec:
P4 2.4GHz
ATI Radeon 9500pro
Crucial PC2700 256mb

Use the "Subscreen delay fix" Cheat , it's saved in the PJ64 Cheat Database , copy+paste them into 1964's cheat database and use that cheat , then the loading time should be normal , kthnx...

Hey guys, after some time off i reinstalled PJ64 1.5 with 2.0 pack from Clements. Grabbed my Zelda Ocarina Of Time 1.2 [!] rom..but when i right click the rom at PJ64 and i choose cheats..I cant seem to find it? Please someone fill me in i been trying to find the answer but i dont have the subscreen delay fix at cheats.. :ala:

(edit) Oops i found this topic by searching..didnt knew this is for 1964..Please move my question...or answer it here anyway
