Yu Gi Oh Falsebound Kingdom and Dynarec Question

But i´ve got 2 Questions: First i want to know if the Game of Yu-Gi-Oh Falsebound Kingdom is playable. Well, i saw in the compatible list that it is, but only ingame. What problems were there, bad graphics, or performance problems ?
And my second question is, why are the games running better with the option "use dynarec" and "Tick Modifier 4" ?

Dynarec is a speed options and "Tick Modifier 4" meens the cpu is basically overclocked. I find ticker 2 to be the most combat but tick 4 to be faster. As for the game in question, you will have to try it out yourself. See how far it goes
