It is Plus! for Windows XP good or is just bullshit?

Bullshit mostly. Its got some games you'll get tired of in a week. It has a few new desktop themes and WMP skins, but I like making my own themes and never use WMP. It has a crappy CD-Label maker. I use Nero. It has an MP3 Audio converter, but cmon... use Lame.

On the upside it has a nice speaker enhancement, it give a slight better sound for limited speaker types. It also has windows voice command for those too lazy to use the mouse and keyboard.

its decent, but nothing special, just demo Games, Crappy cd cover creator, and all sorts of crap you dont need. I realy like the Speaker enhancement tho, i love watching Divx's with it on WMP9

The bowling game is OK, and the Munch thing is cool for a bit.

yeah, and the labarinth is good, u have to controll a table with the mouse, and try to move the ball to the end, its pretty fun and addictive, but the games are only demos, its only really worth the speaker enhancement
