I'm sure this may have been asked but I have been dying to play this game for so many years and its killing me. I am 23 and I know I may be too old lol but it would be a dream come true. I have looked all over online and don't know where to find an adaptoid. Is there a possibility of a plugin ever being created?

Read the Project64 GameFAQ. Aside from what it says, no one has created a plugin just for HYP voice support at this point. You can guess that it's not in high demand.
P.S. One's never too old for video games, but you shouldn't lose sleep over a game that isn't emulated properly, not to mention that said game is not very good either.
