I've been wondering for a while....Why does it seem that Project64 seems so much better than all of the other N64 Emulators? What does PJ64 have that they don't?

That's exactly what the fuck I've been thinking to myself!I've been wondering for a while....Why does it seem that Project64 seems so much better than all of the other N64 Emulators? What does PJ64 have that they don't?
Because zilmar sacrificed babies to appease the emulation gods, and their blood is on all of your hands. I hope you're happy.
1.6 is definitely ahead of 1964 in core compatibility and stability. Three reasons:Actually, 1964 arguably had a more solid and stable core than 1.5, and probably 1.6 as well. 1.6 is definitely an improvement, and may be ahead of 1964 in core compatibility though. I would put PJ64's success to a really compatible set of default plugins, actually. None of the other N64 emulators ever worked so well out of the box.
Not to mention CPU Master kissing Hephasteus' ass, as usual....
Hephasteus (Vulcan to the Romans) is the twelfth of the Olympians, or famous Greek/Roman Gods. His sphere of influence is technology....
But yes it is mostly a joke of puny criticization. I guess I'm somewhat sorry I said it, but you sure seemed like mudlord was your master a few days ago, kept interruping everyone else by quoting him.
Here's another reason:Q. Why is PJ64 so awesome?
A. 23
23 • [1 + (22 ÷ 23)]
23 • (24 ÷ 23)
23 24 24
-- • -- = -- = 24
1 23 1
Haven't we all, and anyone who emulates the N64, who isn't a noob.Really though, I've spent alot of time with alot of emulators.
It isn't the easiest to use; it's GUI has four menus; so what? In 1964 and Mupen64, it's just as easy to use. It's got a damn ROM browser; it has a damn Open ROM command; yet you aren't the first to make this statement. All the emulators have these things. And Nemu64? It doesn't use ROM caching: It automatically updates to the current dir so you don't need to press F5 or change a thing. This is the easiest to use (even more when you can have per rom plugins) and with the most stable core.
You know all those games that Project64 can't support due to the core? They're all supported by Mupen64. It also has extra Glide64 interaction and if you can't get a ROM to work on it, that ROM ain't going to work on any emulator. The ONLY downfall is no GS cheats, nothing else.Mupen you can't cheat with and 1964 is way too unstable. PJ64 is just a well rounded emu with no drawbacks and has everything beginners and advanced members would need. It even has a netplay version.
Oh, please. You have got to be after my goat in that one. It's game compatablilty list is higher than most others (Mupen) and what's best is that it's STILL in develpment and everyone can have access to the betas and put in their own input!!!! That's great!! When PJ1.7 or PJ2.0 (whatever they call it)gets released in a year, there's gonna be nothing that comes close to it AWESOMENESS!!!!:matrix:
