Why does jabo d3d 1.2 plugin work for SP Rally and not his newest plugin?

Was woundering whats the difference and why he modified the plugin after 1.2 so that SP Rally doesnt display correctly with the new 1.5 plugin?

i'm willing to bet that jabo has never run south park rally. the fact that it works is just a bit of luck as he was fixing other things at the time of the 1.2 release. hence, checking for broken compat with the new one only in other roms meant that breaking compat with south park rally was not only possible, but likely.

yeah, i like that game too... it's confusing as hell, but i dig it anyway... lol
