Which controller is best?

Hey all, first time poster here and brand spanking new to the emulation scene. I've gotten a lot of good advice from just browsing these forums when I was first getting PJ64 up and running and now I was wondering what everybodies favorite controller is for playing the games? I've got a cheap sidewinder, but it just doesnt have the "finesse" to use with games like 1080 snowboarding and wave race. So whats everybody else around here using-or do most people use the keyboard?

The right controller to use is a real N64 controller + an Adaptoid adapter! imo.
