Where do I place the bios file?

I'm not new to emulation, but I am new to saturn emulation. I just got cassini and I have the Bios file as well. My problem is I don't know which folder to place the bios file in. Thanx for any help.

Put in the emulator folder.

That's the first folder I tried, but when I try to load my game (virtua fighter original disc) I am prompted with a dialog box that tells me I'm missing the bios.

The BIOS needs to be named Euro.bin.

But it won't run of his computer seeing that he's got a regular AMD Athlon. :/ No SSE2 instructions you see.

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but is there any way to emulate or simulate the SSE2 instructions?

Even if there were, you wouldn't be able to use SSF. Your cpu is just plain shit.
