what settings are the best?

hi!
so pj64 1.4 is out and there are a lot of settings, which i do not understand (sorry for that ;-) ) is threre anybody who can help me get the games run in a more playable speed? i know, a duron 600 isn`t quite "state of the art", but i think frame-rates round 14fps aren`t good enough for playing well... (especially in jet force gemini)

download 1964.0.7.1 and copy jabos d3d7 and d3d6 1.4 to the plugin folder for 1964. use 1964, and ull get big big speed increases. d/l this stuff first, and ill help u in the 1964 forum.

pj64 is very demanding, it hsa the best sound and the most accurate emulation, its even too slow on my pc. 1964 is way way faster, but not as good sound wise. compatibility is basically the same, some work in pj which dont in 1964, not many, and some vica versa.
