I read this This Interesting Article today and said to myself 'well it was going to happen sometime'. However it looks like if a spammer gets caught in Maryland they could face a rather arduous time. Namely 5 years of jail and up to 10000 dollars fines.. but how many unsolicited messages is the interesting part. Specifically it's ment for fraud curbing but it is interesting people are making it open season on spammers.

There's a guy getting charged now (and is out on $50,000 bond) for cyberharassment as well.

I agree with vampireuk, I would also beat the living daylights out of a spammer if i met one in reality, i hate SPAM.. hate it... thats why i'm going to one day unleash my atomic monsters! atomic super men.. with great big jaws that suck the blood right out of ye...
