You have to just mess about with it, create it, save it, hit the format button, just hit all of the buttons before closing the manager down again and load it up and it should be there. No idea how to remove it once its created though.
It would appear this forum is close to dead, this section of it at least. Ironic considering this is the place the demul site links to.
