Virtua Fighter 3 DC framerate

I noticed Virtua fighter 3tb is listed as working. However, is it correct that its running at full speed? On my 3.0Ghz cpu it still maxes out at 30 fps, it just feels slow for the game to me, but I don't have a DCast to check this, can anyone confirm?

On an Athlon 64 3200+, Geforce 6800 it most definitely does not run full speed.

I don't know what kind of a system "R00ster" had for it to run fullspeed. Its not a clocking issue either - Soul Calibur will run full speed at 115, but VF3 won't run fullspeed anywhere.. bout the same as DOA2 for me.

aha! thought it was a bit fishy, wow not even on an athlon 3200 eh...
