I found this interesting. The orginal author of the UltraHLE is back at it. Cleaning up his orginal software and actually putting updates on it
"What I am trying to do is get UltraHLE stable enough for a v1.0.1 release [soon] to show that it is once again being worked on by one of the original authors (RM) and that things will move forward."
You can check out all he is doing at his website (that is back up and running again)

Kinda makes you wonder if it will be better then the other Ultra HLE "mods" that have been made.
