Toukon Retusden 4.What does this say?

Ok can anyone tell me what this says.It is from Toukon Retusden 4, i loaded it with utopia 1.2 but u get this screen then when i press somthing it brings me to the bios screen.

I'm almost 100% certain that someone else can. Probably someone in Japan

yeah I've been getting that same screen with 2.0 version, I have a non bootable version but with some tools and a lot of playing around I got it bootable

But it gives me this same screen, I hope someone can help us with this

Hey i remember you i think you were the one also trying to get GG 2000 to be bootable am i right Anyways how the hell did you get this game to be bootable?I tried but i cant seem to i got Giant Gram too but not this one.Does your Toukon Retsuden have an ip.bin and a 1st_read.bin? cause mine dont have any of them.But when you got it too boot it borught you too the same screen and when you pressed a button does it bring you back to the bios?

Well i finally got it to work with utopia 1.5.But the roblem now is when i got to the match it gives me a black screen and it freezes.Anyone know what the problem is?
