To me it looks like that either
a) Your online-connection/Modem causes errors to your data
b) (More likely) Your JPEG-Software ist crap. Try to reinstall it/use another if possible.

EDIT: If Graphic Errors are at different positions in the file each time you upload the same file then a) is more likely to you.

i never used to have that prob, till i got broadband :/

also i can send a file to someone and they can upload and it works fine :/

thats just poor... i tend to play the pc version anyways, since the n64 version doesn't look as nice and i don't have to config all the keys specially for thps
