Hello,

I know Timmyhawky from another forum.
He told me about his ban on this very forum and asked me to tell you the following:
Timmyhawky got a ban because he posted silly things on the forum, however Timmyhawky got another ban because you guys checked the IP's.
Although Timmyhawky did nothing wrong, you still banned him.
He sent alot of e-mails to the admins to ask if the ban could be removed.
Despite all the e-mails, Timmyhawky got no reaction.

He made a new account named: Goronlink.
As stated in the above text, he didn't post anything stupid. Unfortunately, Timmyhawky got banned again.

He tried to make an account again, called: Guyofthemystery.
Timmyhawky got an IP ban because of this.

Now my question is:
Why didn't the admins reply?

Being a general nuisance is wrong enough.

He continually violated basic forum rules with his first account, so was banned for two years. Violations include:

- Flooding;
- Bumping old topics;
- Violating signiture rules;
- Off-topic posting;
- Re-posting topics after he got an answer in a previous topic;
- Posting nonsense, such as smilie-only replies.

Then he re-registered several times, violating this ban. This in itself is worth an IP Ban. There was no improvement even with his re-registered accounts.

EmuTalk is not a kid's playground. It is a serious site where the average age of forum members is quite high, so when a child comes to EmuTalk flooding it with nonsense, then he will not last very long. Same happens with other child users of the past such as Alexa999, who spammed the entire forum. You cannot expect us to tolerate these users.
