Starcraft 64 problem

I got the rom, I'm using it for Project64 1.6, and when I load it, nothing comes up. It says -,-- in fps, the screen remains black, in the lower left hand corner it says "Emulation started", and the game never loads. In the list on the emulator, it says the game is Compatible but it clearly is not.

My specs are P4, 512MB of RAM, 2.80 GHz, Windows XP, NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200.

Please help.

You sure it's a good rom? I tested the game personally and it works fine.

I tested Starcraft (E) on default settings (inc plugins).
