Speed problem

When I use Project64 everything is like speed up, and I can't play or watch the cutscenes properly because the game characters move faster than their own voices! I also have 1964 but it doesn't have this problem, so the problem is not my computer. How do I fix it?

The frame limiter (F4) should always be the first choice. Some games will break when audio sync is enabled.
