Some help with all these errors Please

Yo.

I just installed this sweet RADEON 9200SE 128MB graphics card. I believe I have all the latest dirvers from ati.com. I just installed Project 64. When i try to open the exe I get these error messages:

"Direct3D failed to initilize your HAL device make sure you have a properly configured 3d graphics card compatible with Direct3D 6.0."

After I press OK, another error message pops up.

"The default or selected video plugin is missing or invalid.

Check that you have at least one compatible plugin in your plugin folder."

Project 64 worked fine on my old Intel graphics controller 64mb.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Switch your desktop to 16-bit color, delete the regestry keys for PJ64 (HKEY_CURRENT_USER/ Software/Jabosoft), then try again.

it worked... thanks a bunch man

now i can run project 64 at a steady 60 fps...

BTW: is there a way to make it work at 32bit color? ,.thanks

Yes, look at the sticky thread at the top of the PJ64 forum You need to go into your D3D control panel and enable 32bit Z Buffer in the compatability section.
