I recently borrowed a game from a friend and i want to play the game.(ssb melee).
But what should i first do cuz i dont know anything about gcm!

The definition of "Beta" means, in development, pre-stages. No, it's not released. Whatever gave you that idea?

(Plus I'm pretty sure Knuckles said that it didn't work in the teaser somewhere in the Beta Shots thread.)

An emulator ( or any program ) being in beta stage is not a hint for it not to be released to the public. Chankast itself is supposed to be in alpha and was released to the public since the very first version.
