shuttle, tv card

trying to achieve: want to play gamecube/consoles using a monitor (dont have tv in my room...)

i have recently acquired a tv card, its not in use at the moment, and i thought i could give it a go installing it into my comp...it seems to be a hardware card with some ariel plugin at the back (dont quite know where is it suposed to fit..)
and a software cd...but i want to instal it into a shuttle and was wondering if tv cards even fit in them? (small)
i thought if the tv card allows a box on screen for tv ariel input...you could put console ariel inputs in there too, and play games.

what do you guys think about this?

Does the shuttle allow you to put a standard PCI card into it? If yes then it will work.

i thought if the tv card allows a box on screen for tv ariel input...you could put console ariel inputs in there too, and play games.

I don't know much about british cable standards I'm afraid.
