Shenmue Speed

On my PC, Shenmue seems to run way too fast. I have tried using Vsync, but Shenmue is set at 30 frames per sec, so this does not help. I turned on 8xs Anti-Aliasing, 16x Anisotropic Filtering, put it on Full Screen at 1280x1024 and it still runs at 40-60 Frames per second in most areas. Is there any way to set the Framerate to 30 on Chankast .25?

Nope. Chankast isn't exactly loaded with tweaking options, you know.

could you underclock the cpu using + and - on the numberpad?

Yeah, but the speed seems to change a lot.
