Shadows of the Empire

Star Wars - Shadows of the Empire has issue of
menu bugs and menu flickering (with plugin).
Does this error appear in all ROMS or just NTSC ?
(I'm using NTSC)

...just curious ???

As you can cleary see above every single rom of SW:SOTE suffers from this problem. But this is also what commen sense should say for graphical plugin issues in most cases.
