Sensitivity Configuration?

Ok so ya know when you play The LoZ OoT and its REALLY hard to aim your bow because of the low sensitivity? well i was wonderin if i could heighten it and how and before i sound like an idiot ive looked around and ive seen ppl talking about N Rage's Controller input pulg in so i downloaded it and while helpful all i can seem to find is the ability to change the sensitivity on joysticks and because i am broke i dont have one im thinking of saving up but till then i was wonderin if i could make it a little easier mabe there is a way on N rage's thing and i just misunderstood the user manual but any help givin would be greatly appreciated thank ya

You don't need N-Rage's plugin, but regardless, you'll have to tweak the "range" slider. One setting won't fit all circumstances, so you'll have to continue tweaking it as needed.
