So, as I said in a previous message, I've been playing Ocarina of Time, and loving it.
At some point early on, I noticed that instead of the "header name" for my ROM being displayed as something like "Zelda - Ocarina of Time - V1.2", it had changed to "Unknown dump" or something. However, everything continued to work normally, and I thought nothing of it.
However, tonight, upon loading Mupen, I noticed that the header name had changed back. And then upon running the ROM, I discovered that I couldn't load any of my savestates! There seems to be an error, "This savestate is from another ROM or version". It is the same exact ROM, however, with seemingly just the wrong name.
Anyway, is there some way to turn off the error checking for different names? Or can I change the name of my savestate somehow? (changing the file name does not work). Any help would be appreciated, as I'd rather not play the first 10-15 hours again so soon!
Oh yeah, and I'm running Mupen 0.5.1 for Windows.
