Rip the "Voices"/"Patches"/Instruments from N64 ROMs?

What are my options and how does my outlook appear to be for ripping the instrument sounds out of an N64 ROM?

There are only 4 games on my list here:

Super Mario 64
Kirby 64
Legend of Zelda OoT
Legend of Zelda MM

Just want to know my options here and what I can actually do to get rolling.

There are some old ancient tools, but the one I'd recommend was just released here (and I shamelessly plug SubDrag at every opportunity):

There was someone else who made command line tools, mostly for extracting from Zelda. Keep in mind later games use mp3 sounds as well, which may or may not use a standard header.
