Rice loading problems

i have placed the the RiceVideoDbg.dll, RiceVideo.dll & BMGlib.dll in the plugins file of project64 but when i go into my setting i get the error message

failed to load plugin
RiceVideo.dll

failed to load plugin
RiceVideoDbg.dll

this means i can't choose it in my video plugin menu, can anyone help

BGMLib.dll needs to be in the PJ64 folder, not in the Plugin folder.
