record of lodoss war very fast and hangs on start of game

help plz it was working the intro and all but when i start in the begi8ninng of game theres white screens and then it hangs im new to chanka so any help in this game would be really appreciated

Is Record of Lodoss War even fully supported by Chankast, I wonder...

How do you even get it to work? It hangs before any intro shows up for me.
