sorry im new here but i did download 1.6 but i cant play because the N64 like in the tutorial is isnt there ( at the rom directory ). how come?

What does this mean? Project64 doesn't come with roms because it's illegal.

Yeah, roms are illegal. Now that you know what they're called you can find them on your own.
