Project64k and 1.6 share the same jabo config

Both project64k and 1.6 are in different folders meanwhile when I edit the configuration of the Jabo graphics plugin it effects the jabo graphics plugin in the other PJ64. What the hell they're in separate folders!

Because the plugins use the registry instead of config files?
