Project 64 hijacks mouse and opens with the menu bar off screen

So when I try to run a rom, PJ64 it automatically goes full screen. When I exit full screen, the window is way up high and out of the view. It also completely hijacks my mouse and the only way I have of closing the window is ctrl-alt-del. How can I fix this?

What if you disable automatic fullscreen on ROM load and switch to fullscreen manually?

If the window is out of view, hit Alt+Spacebar, select Move, and use the arrow keys to move it.

As for the mouse (I assume you're using N-Rage's plugin) you'll need to configure a key to lock/unlock it. You can do that under the shortcuts tab.
