I have a 2000+ Amd Atlon
Ge force 4 4200


And when im playing games like Ogre battle, the game freeze (pause) like 3 sec and continue....

Do you know how to fix this?

And my graphic are horrible in Mario tennis
Is it normal?

Mario tennis: enable "force normal blending" should fix it.
and for the freeze problem I have the excact same problem, so it would be very nice if someone could give a soloution to this problem....

It seems most people experience freezing problems. And there seems to be no solution as of yet.
