Problems with Dolphin !!!!!!!!!!

When I try to open Naruto Gekitou Ninja Taisen 3 there's a little window that appears and says "Booting..." ......at first I told myself that maybe it's the way the game should start but that window never close and the game don't start...can someone please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!

Download the DLL pack in the downloads section of Dolphin's site, and download Direct X 9.0C from Microsoft's website.

Nothing much appens.....do I need to put the dll pack in a specific place or I dont know......still doesn't work...thx for help

Extract the dll pack into the root Dolphin folder IIRC. Also try shrinking Naruto 3, you may need to do this twice.....
