problem with DK64

hi guys . i have this problem i´m in the boss level octopus something in which i´m with lanky and i pass throught the first star and then i go to pass the second one and nothing happends. i search over the emutalk and i did´nt find the solution, anyone can help me
i use both 1964 and project 64 1.6 with the jabo3d 1.6
i tried in another pc faster than mine and i have the same problem
any help?

hi guys, it´s me again , i found a solution , i search the forum and i found some eeprom. if anyone can´t beat the octopus boss , use those eeprom and continues with the game

Actually, I remember beating this boss on PJ64 1.6, the star collision worked fine never had a problem there, maybe your save got corrupted when switching between emulators, who knows... sounds well odd.
