Problem mounting images

I recently dowloaded a cue + bin file for a Saturn game. I used to load up the imagemn from the cue with deamon tools, but recently I have been getting and error message saying that the "file is not acesible", I tried using Alcohol and the same thing happened. How do i fix this?

Open the cue (with notepad or something, its plaintext) and see if it points to the correct binary file.
