Possibly upgrading my vid card again..

I had a 9500 before I upgraded and I had it softmodded but I didn't notice a difference. My 3DMark03 scores went up a lot but everything looked and ran the same. *shrug*

You still had crippled bandwidth. You had the extra pipelines, but that really only does good with heavy pixel shaders. That and, the Pro's tended to OC better.

The point being, the 9500 Pro (and to a lesser extent, the 9500 nP + softmod) will endure while the 9600 will not.
