Pokemon CRAP!....I mean Snap.

Ok, heres the story:
A long time ago, I wanted to get this game, so when the ROM popped up, I was glad to get it. But, GASP, A problem Arises. I go into the GameFAQ to look for help. A-HA! I go into Jabo's D3D8 plugin and turn on the Framebuffer->RDRAM option. Oh no! (Wow, I emote alot.) The problem is alittle better, it finds the pictures, but...well...the pictures say it all.

I tried the solution mentioned in the thread you pointed out, but alas, no. I still have the exact same problems as in the picture I posted. Any other ideas?
