PJ64's RSP Settings aren't saved within 1964

Describe the Problem: If you use the Pj64's RSP plugin within 1964, any setting you change isn't saved.

How to Make this Problem Happen: Change Pj64's RSP settings inside 1964 (can be while in the GUI, or while playing a game).

I can confirm this, the only work around I can come up with is to hack the registry for the settings you want too keep.

Or open PJ64, and set the settings there....

I guess the problem is that PJ64's RSP only saves its setting when it is unloaded, and for some reason, the unloading function is not called from 1964 when 1964 is closed. I will check it.
